Details Summary This handler and ActivityHandler shouldn't be separated. Merging them is a part of https://linear.app/comm/issue/ENG-10729/consider-merging-activity-handlers. For now, we're introducing a flag. Depends on D14639 Test Plan Checked if a thick thread unread status is updated correctly.
