1. Run `yarn run-tunnelbroker-service` and successfully built the service without any warnings.
2. Message successfully delivered after device reconnects.
3. Message successfully delivered when Amqp server was restarted and the queue was empty when the messages were sent but the device was offline at that time and then reconnects after.
