Change Details

1. Go to staging DDB and find user which has `farcasterID`, but doesn't have `farcasterDCsToken`. Example is `t125`. 2. Comment out code [here](https://github.com/CommE2E/comm/blob/1b5bb61d1c74d8a665a99b9bc6ff5192a06e709b/lib/shared/search-utils.js#L325-L338) - this is user registered on a different keyserver and can't be added as a friend. 3. Search `t125` and select it. 4. Check dropdown - should show Farcaster option
