[dependency] pod-patch version increased.

Summary:
pod-patch npm package was updated because of PR merging to 0.0.9 version.
We need to update our package.json and lock file as well.
Switching from 0.0.7 to 0.0.9, because 0.0.8 was only documentation updates and we have skipped it.
