[native] Add Podfile hack to disable Signing Team requirement

Summary:
Addresses ENG-1942. Got the solution from here: https://github.com/CocoaPods/CocoaPods/issues/8891#issuecomment-546636698

Test Plan: Issue no longer occurs after yarn workspace native clean-all && yarn cleaninstall
