[native] Use hook instead of connect function in TagInput

Test Plan:
Relationship-list:

• Searching in friends list
• Adding users/sending friend requests
• Canceling friend request
• Removing friend
• Block list searching
• Block list adding/removed users
• serverSearchResults returns accounts with the correct relationship info. (For example if they are friends it will be ‘3’, or if they just sent the request it will be 1)

Compose-thread:

• Searching for users
• Creating a subthread
• Picking existing threads
• Sending messages in newly created threads
• Creating subthread with only myself and seeing popup

Add-user-modal:

• Modal still shows
• Adding a user to the thread
• Selecting a user then canceling
• Canceling without selecting a user
• Adding multiple users at once
