[native] Use hook instead of connect functions and HOC in ThreadSettingsParent

Summary: Switched to hooks instead of the connect function in the ThreadSettingsParent class.

Test Plan: Checked if the parent section is thread settings displayed the correct value. Checked if selecting a parent will still navigate to the parent thread.
