See ENG-1484. Immediate reason for this is the MariaDB migration, but in general I've been noticing a lot of timeouts and disconnections. This is a patch and we should prioritize a real solution, but until we have this it's better to avoid the timeouts.

It's hard to test and figure out the exact right timeout in a production scenario. I'll try patching this onto my keyserver
