[native] Remove socialProof from outbound keyserver keys blobs

Summary: This diff addressed ENG-7698. This issue appears to have been caused by D11549, where @bartek removed socialProof from the validator. It appears that he forgot to update IdentityServiceClientProvider on native.

Test Plan: Confirm that the issue went away
