[native] [fix] [ENG-1077] fix reloading bug in tab navigation

Summary: Fixes issue outlined in https://linear.app/comm/issue/ENG-1077/app-crashes-when-hot-re-load-is-triggered-from-chatview

Test Plan: Make an edit to the code base in inline-sidebar.react in native, hot reload should no longer be crashing the application.
