[native] Move vector-related components to native/vectors

Summary:
This was a 30 second followup to previous diff (DXXX). Noticed we had SVG assets cluttering up components, so searched react-native-svg, dragged files into native/vectors and let IDE handle fixing of imports.

No other diffs of this type planned. Really only took 30 seconds.
