[RN0.66] 36/n: Fix Shape type in native account StateContainer for modal components

Summary: At some point we switched from $Shape to Shape to appease Flow. I'm not sure if the new version of Flow now always prefers $Shape, or only sometimes prefer $Shape... and unfortunately I don't have time to investigate. This change works and fixes the errors.
