[lib] Add store migration for UPDATE_RELATIONSHIP message

Test Plan:
Performed two tests:

1. Increased min code version in shim update relationship message, logged out, logged in and checked if the messages were unshimmed (this tests unshimMessageInfos)
2. Increased min code version, decresed persist config store version, cleared the device and removed message type from localUnshimTypes. Started the app and checked if shimmed message was displayed. Then increased store version, restarted the app and checked if messages were unshimmed (this tests unshimMessageStore)
