[native] call setCommServicesAuthMetadata on wallet registration

Summary: resolves https://linear.app/comm/issue/ENG-7664/call-setcommservicesauthmetadata-on-identity-wallet-registration

Test Plan: registered a wallet user and confirmed that the SET_ACCESS_TOKEN action appeared in redux devtools. also confirmed that the token returned on registration was the same one in the redux state.
