[native] Modify uploadFile:fail so mediaID can be specified

Summary: Modify uploadFile:fail() so mediaID can be specified in call to handleUploadFailure and PendingMultimediaUpload:failed can be set for the proper mediaID (now that calls to uploadFile include both the primary and thumbnail mediaIDs)

Test Plan: Will be tested in subsequent diff where generated thumbnails are actually uploaded
