Add opaque-ke WASM modules to .eslintignore
Summary: The JS in these folders is codegenned, so we don't want to run ESLint on them.
Test Plan:
- Build opaque-ke: cd web/opaque-ke-wasm && yarn build
- Run yarn eslint:fix at the repo root and make sure there are no errors from opaque-ke-wasm artifacts
