[lib] Refactor set new session in entry, invite links, thread activity reducers

Summary: issue: ENG-5818 and ENG-5819

Test Plan: Dispatched set new session, checked that newLastUserInteractionCalendar is set to 0, links and threads from thread activity store are removed
