[native] Convert MediaGalleryMedia to Reanimated 2 syntax

Summary: issue: ENG-8153

Test Plan:
Tested that the gallery still works - it's possible to send media, queue media, dequeue media
Tested that the "zoom" animation works, button opacity changes as expected, buttons resize as expected
