[lib][native] Update useRegistrationServerCall to set FID in FIDContext

Summary: This diff updates useRegistrationServerCall to pull FID from React Navigation params and to set it in FIDContext.

Test Plan: Tested in combination with the rest of the Farcaster stack during the Hackathon
