[native][web] Avoid clearing unauthorizedDeviceID twice

Summary:
This is already cleared in useQRAuth right after it calls performSecondaryDeviceRegistration, so the calls I'm removing here are duplicates.

Test Plan: I tested the flow using staging, with my phone as a primary device and a local simulator as a secondary device
