[native] fix Xcode dependencies order

Summary:
Introduced in D8657.
Not sure what happened (probably I badly resolved rebase conflicts).
Does not change anything besides order, creating this diff to avoid seeing these changes after clean install or adding files to Xcode project.

Test Plan: Build iOS.
