[native] Update updateClientDBThreadStoreThreadInfos to use values(...)

Summary: Got feedback on D7590 to make this change. I had made the changes locally but then accidentally stashed them instead of amending diff... this diff fixes it up.

Test Plan: Close reading, will run migration locally and make sure things work as expected.
