Create robotext tooltip with option to create sidebar

Test Plan: Check if long press on robotext in threads results in tooltip being displayed, check if in threads without create_sidebars permission there is no tooltip. Check if pressing button in tooltip creates sidebar (tested with all of possible robotext messages, except sidebar_source message)
