[native] Enable tests in CI

Summary: We previously weren't running any tests in native because the existing test in __tests__/test.js is broken. Considering the test hasn't run successfuly in ages I figure it's fine to remove it for now.

Test Plan: CI, ran tests locally and they succeeded.
