[native] Update ThreadAvatarCameraModal screen to take threadInfo

Summary:
This is required for the next diff - we need the whole threadInfo to be passed to the hook.
Updated screen navigation props to accept thread info instead of only threadID.

Test Plan: Opened thin thread settings on physical device and selected camera to pick avatar.
