[web] Open RainbowKit AccountModal when ConnectedWalletInfo is clicked
Summary:
Mimic the behavior of ConnectButton and open the AccountModal when ConnectedWalletInfo is clicked.
The two things remaining for ConnectedWalletInfo are:
- Show ENS avatar via wagmi hook if set
- Shorten ETH address to fit width (some sort of super simple utility function)
