[native] Update Reactotron package versions

Summary:
While I was using Reactotron to debug ENG-2275, I noticed Reactotron kept ending its connection to the device when a large enough Redux action was dispatched. I tried upgrading package versions to resolve the issue, but unfortunately to no avail.

Figure it wouldn't hurt to bump the package versions, though.

Test Plan:
I used Reactotron extensively while testing my solutions to ENG-2275 and it seemed to work correctly.
