Run everuthing regarding NotificationsCryptoModule with native Android Accessible

Summary: Calling NotificationsCryptoModule API directly in CommCoreModule results in a JNI unreachable crash. This diff provides a dirty but instant fix

Test Plan: Build android app. Ensure it is possible to log-in. Repeat for iOS
