Use custom hooks to get latest threadInfo and messageListData on web

Summary: Use logic extracted in D757 and D777 on web to display pending sidebar content on web.

Test Plan: Check if native works as before, check if pressing button 'Create sidebar' on web displays correct source message, check if changing thread displays correct data
