This diff is achieving two things:

1. Fixes the case when an admin changes; previously, there was a bug that was removing all members from the thread.
2. Addresses point 1 in here, which is making sure that invited users won't be promoted to Admins.

1. On one device change user role
2. On the other check if it was updated and other roles are not changed
