This differential unlocks database rescinding code apart from final thread status update

Test Plan

Comment code that sets encryption key in SQLiteQueryEXecutor, build the app. Launch the app on mobile and background it. Send rescind and download database from XCode/android studio (remember not to foreground app again). Ensure unread status of the thread is either null or true
