For some reason chrome video player interprets video rotation in metadata incorrectly. So on iOS I added video rotation when transcoding
and I removed video rotation metadata. Android does the same thing by default according to testing.

Send videos on iOS and Android and view them in chrome player and make sure they're in correct orientation and size (force resize if necessary). Download them, open in quick time player, make sure that they have no rotation metadata using tools like ffprobe, mediainfo and exiftool.

Test videos:

• a video from the issue
• a video from iOS camera in portrait and landscape orientations
• a video from Android camera in portrait and landscape orientations
