[native] call setCommServicesAuthMetadata on identity registration and login

Summary:
after validating the result from the identity service, we can set the auth metadata in SecureStore with setCommServicesAuthMetadata

Test Plan: successfully retrieved data with getCommServicesAuthMetadata and confirmed it matched what was set
