[native] Use outline variant of emote-smile in Edit*Avatar for consistency

Summary:
Use "outline" variant of emote-smile in Edit*Avatar action sheet for visual consistency w/ image icon. This icon only appears on Android.

This is a subjective change, will just abandon if there's disagreement.
