[olm] bump @commapp/olm version

Summary: Bump version to new olm release.

Test Plan:
olm has its tests, so we can be confident older functionalities still work.

There are also tests to the new API introduced in v0.1.1 in the next diff in the stack.

With @michal we're going to test creating an olm session between native <> web so we're going to do it on this new version, I'll land this diff after finishing the testing process.
