This approach is quite fragile - it is easy to forget about all the requirements.

Discussed this with @kamil and we figured out a more maintainable solution:

1. We can process the operations from other stores in the master reducer
2. In the synced metadata reducer, simply reduce the actions and return operations
3. Back in the master reducer, concatenate the operations
