This is also similar to ENG-10304. Here is a temporary solution where we trigger fetching, but as part of working on Verifying device lists on clients, we need a better solution.
Currently, we fetch the device platform device list right after updatingthe device list, which doesn't make much sense because at this point secondary could not be logged in yet and doesn't have uploaded platform details.
