• Moved some constants and redacting logic to comm-lib to make sure it's the same in all services.
• Updated all logs introduced durign Farcaster work to redact sensitive data
• Browsed through services logs to make sure user_id is redacted in other places as well

Build local Tunnelbroker and Identity. Set REDACT_SENSITIVE_DATA to true and false - observe user_id value being REDACTED and not, respectively.
