Summary

The JS in these folders is codegenned, so we don't want to run ESLint on them.

Test Plan

Build opaque-ke: cd web/opaque-ke-wasm && yarn build
Run yarn eslint:fix at the repo root and make sure there are no errors from opaque-ke-wasm artifacts
