[lib] Introduce useThreadSearchIndex hook

Summary:
Converting this to a hook will make it easier to swap in ENS names.

Depends on D6476

Test Plan:
Tested the two surfaces that currently use useSearchThreads: SidebarListModal and SubchannelsListModal on native
