[native] Make manage links modal consistent with web

Summary:
The approach is described in https://phab.comm.dev/D8419#248576 comment.
In this diff we're:

1. Replacing new lines with margin
2. Moving disable button to a new section
3. Changing disable button copy
4. Introducing a description of disable action

Depends on D8423

Test Plan: Check if the screen looks like intended.
