Addresses ENG-10875 comment.
When setNewSession is called, auth metadata is cleared so the logout call fails.
Fetching the AuthMetadata before resetting session fixes the issue.

Similiar to D11265 test plan. Invalidated keyserver cookie, and forced recovery failure. With additional logging, watched both setNewSession and useLogOut finish correctly.
I was logged out of both keyserver and Identity. DB was cleared and logged out modal was displayed.
