Summary

Follow up D15284. We should be able to create Farcaster threads with people that aren't our Comm friends (including these not registered to Comm). This is until we have a UI to select thread type when creating threads

Depends on D15284

Test Plan

Selecting a non-Comm Farcaster user when creating a thread, no longer redirects me to direct conversation to show friend invite.
