situtations where a developer doesn't yet have access to the tool.

| 32 | Nope. Works just fine for the cli tooling. There will be a terminal driven EULA acceptance workflow, after which, the tooling is usable. I was able to get Nix up and running and built tunnelbroker before I tried anything with Xcode. | |
