The looks of this screen was discussed in D14920:
For mobile, the initial scope assumed the same RestoreBackupScreen is reused for both primary restore and QR auth. However, I'm planning to improve the UI here as well, following the web design: ENG-10992.
- For the QR login, I matched the error screen content with the above suggestions.
- For the primary restore, the "[...] Be careful with your primary device [...]" doesn't make sense, so I left the "Failed to restore your data from backup".
