This resolves ENG-6133. It also bumps us to version 4.5.5 of SQLCipher, which corresponds to version 3.42.0 of SQLite.

Tested on both iOS and Android simultaneously:
- Run the app
- On both platform, open some threads to mark them as read
- Make sure the other platform gets the update about the thread becoming read
- Kill both apps
- Make sure that the threads appear read when reopening each app
