Tested if fetching happens on both native by changing thread name on Farcaster and opening the thread in Comm - the name was updated.

Actually, this is the solution I think I can adopt in favour of ENG-11183. Just call useStreamFarcasterDirectCastRead from D15254 in onOpenThread instead of yet another complex handler, which will save some time. I was also inspecting Farcaster network calls, and it works the same way:
- fetching thread on each thread open
- sending direct-cast-read" through the socket on each thread open (regardless of whether it was read or not)
