Test Plan

For a user with primary device and two secondary devices (keyserver and web), performed a primary device logout.
Console.logged received messages in keyserver's Tunnelbroker socket. Confirmed that:

before a message appeared
after this diff it no longer appears.

I'm unable to see its contents because keyserver doesn't support parsing Olm-encrypted messages yet.
